Morocco
Was founded by Mouley Idriss I in 767 AD. Moulay   fled from
the Arabian Peninsula, where he was sultan and had to bury his lust for government. He
came to the very fertile area around Voloubilis where he found Berbers working the land.
He settled here, converted the Berbers to Islam and declared that he would establish his empire here
want.
Today Morocco is considered one of the most advanced countries in all of Africa. It is mainly from
